PITTSBURGH LIGHT RAIL
Overbrook Line Rising

The South Hills Junction station has a complex rail junction north of it, but also just to the south there is another major junction, partially shown here.  The 42 and 47 lines split at this point for the first of two times outbound.  In this view Beechview rails are joined outbound by busway pavement at ground level.  Overbrook trains take to the high track branching off to the right, which crosses over the Beechview and bus route to reach its ridge-running route south.
