LOS ANGELES METRO LIGHT RAIL
In Bloom

There is a profusion of color in this early-March view looking up toward the Southwest Museum station area.

Early in 2006 limited express service was instituted during weekday rush hours in an attempt to help overcome the line's perceived leisurely pace.  (The route with all stops is carded at 36 minutes.)   About half of the thirteen stations were skipped on those runs, including this one.  That service was only offered for a brief time.
