A block or two before the downtown terminal the two
tracks merge to one. The signal for other road traffic is
green, but the Streetcar must wait for its own cycle. Its own signal
is visible above the "One Way" sign to the right. Once cleared it will
proceed to the lane on the other side of Westlake Ave., which for these two
blocks is reserved for rail transit. |
