The red car had just left Westlake Hub, and the orange
car was about to approach it, in this view along Westlake Ave. It's
just after the line's opening. Two streetcars would not normally
appear nearly abreast this close to the terminal.
It is rather a local quirk
that Metro operates the South Lake Union Line, but Sound Transit operates the rather similar short streetcar
route in Tacoma. |
