The somewhat majestic median running for M-Ocean
View along 19th Ave. eventually becomes very humble and
old-fashioned city street operation on several streets. This
photo shows tracks and businesses along Randolph St., near its
crossing with Arch St. The neighborhood is largely Hispanic.
It's a Sunday morning, and there is no obvious sign of any human activity.
The M route runs about one-half mile and a bit more south of the
K-Ingleside as it travels east-west along Randolph and Broad Sts. |
