This view is at the same corner as shown on the
previous page in this series, but this time the camera is on the
west side of 7th St., looking northeast. The large shopping
mall is to the left, out of view.
The approaching train is on the Gold Line, with Sunrise,
along the Folsom Corridor, its destination. It is about to hit
the switch the brings Blue Line trains coming from Watt/I-80.
The Sacramento Regional Transit District operates
the area's light rail lines, which are integrated with an extensive bus
system. The system collectively uses the "RT" nickname. |
