The track construction and repaving along 7th St. looks brand
new in this view, and such was the case. This photo, taken on a hazy winter day in
the mid-1980s,
shows the route as it was before service started.
The near signal is at L St. There are numerous state office buildings in this
vicinity, and the impressive State Capitol is only a few blocks away. |
