Tower shows it shrouded by early morning low clouds. It is a weekend,
and MAX service operates rather infrequently along Portland Mall. But
a Green Line train to PSU is approaching, with a light load of passengers.
Two other financial institutions figure in this scene. Bank of the West occupies the
columned structure beyond the train. And a sign for Key Bank appears
