The turnback area beyond SW Jackson St. was almost ready
for operation, it seemed, a few weeks before regular service was to begin in
this area. The workers who were attending to something on or by the outermost
loop track were soon to leave in their vehicle. No passengers will ever be on board regular MAX runs through
here.
