PORTLAND MAX LIGHT RAIL
11th Ave., Terminal Stop

Once upon a time, for a decade and one-half or so, during much of the year a free Vintage Trolley service operated on Sunday afternoons along most of the original MAX route within the formerly-name Fareless Square.  That service was rerouted elsewhere in 2009.

There is a one-block stretch along NE 11th Ave., shown here, where the historic-looking cars went off on its own to access the Eastside terminal.   That station area is pictured here.  Holladay Park is to the left, and a regular MAX run appears on the street beyond.
