The northern end of the Riverfront Streetcar is
at French Market. There are three passenger loading zones. To the
right in this view is the ending location for Canal/City Park cars,
new to this area in 2004. The track edging off the photo at
its
lower right is for the Riverfront Streetcar. And the track and area to
the left is prominently marked for the Canal/Cemeteries route, although
that service does not normally come down along the Riverfront line.
Notwithstanding the careful marking, on this particular day active
cars for both the Riverfront Canal/City Park Streetcars were parked
by the "C" area. |
