MINNEAPOLIS LIGHT RAIL
Statue at City Hall

The entrance to City Hall has a statue in front of it commemorating the life and career of Hubert Horatio Humphrey.  He's likely the most famous mayor in the city's history, serving in that capacity from 1945 to 1948.

In this view the couplers and swept lines of the light rail vehicles provide a frame for the onlookers viewing the monument.
