The much older bridge for a BNSF line parallels
light rail as both routes pass over the busy intersection of
Rosecrans Ave. and Aviation Blvd. The massive structure for
the freight line has
been something of a local landmark for decades.
Boundaries for
three cities converge at these cross streets: Hawthorne, El
