After two further joint stations underground the
Yellow Line scoots directly into the District, whereas the Blue Line
goes through Rosslyn (in Arlington), and then under Northwest Washington.
The lines meet again, on separate levels this time, at the busy downtown
transfer point of L'Enfant Plaza. It has taken the Yellow
Line one stop to get there, and the Blue Line, nine. |
