MONTREAL HEAVY RAIL
Doors Are Open

The doors are open at the terminal station at Angrignon in this scene.  The passenger windows of the cars are huge, which allows for good views in and out.  The vehicles are examples of what is known as the MR-73 model.  They were built by Bombardier, with deliveries completed in 1980.

There is also an older kind of train on the system.  The Green Line uses a car called the MR-63, built by Canadian Vickers for the initial operation of the Métro in the 1960s.  Replacement vehicles will be provided in the not-too-distant future by Bombardier.
