Cultural Plaza, near the Government Center station, has
two museums and the city's main library located nearby, and thus the
name. "Rhythm of
the Train," also pictured earlier in this series, is a sculpture prominently located within it.
A walkway
runs under the transit right of way. Numerous government buildings
and small businesses are on nearby streets. The historic shopping
part of downtown Miami lies some blocks east, to the right and ahead of
