VANCOUVER LIGHT RAIL
SkyBridge

SkyBridge, which carries the Expo Line across the Fraser River, surely ranks among the most dramatic structures anywhere on North America's urban rail systems. The cable-stayed bridge, said to be the longest such transit-only kind of structure in the world, takes trains some 55 meters (180 feet) above waterline.  Towers and cables are visible from far away on either side of the river.
