The single-track station at Theater
District/S 9th is on the east side of the street. The streetcar in
this scene has its doors closed, and departure is imminent. The
buildings across the street are the same as shown on a previous page in
this series, but in this earlier time they exhibit rather dull exterior paint
colors.
