This outbound streetcar has left the short private right
of way to access the middle of Fairview Ave. N, close to its
outbound terminal. Some rooms in the large hotel across the way
provide fine views of the streetcar's terminal, and of Lake Union beyond.
Nearby blocks house a conglomeration of biotechnical companies,
laboratories and medical-related activities. This concentration is expected to
