The private right of way parallel
to Valley St. was bereft of leaves and short on green color in this December
view. Interstate 5 is in the background,
and up the hillside one can view part of the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
The approaching inbound streetcar will turn off onto Westlake Ave. N, a bit behind the
camera. The red unit had just recently left the terminal at Fred
Hutchinson. The outbound track turns in ahead from Terry Ave. N.
