SEATTLE STREETCAR
Old and New Rails

This is another construction view, and shows the new streetcar rails, and the redone street pavement surrounding them, along Terry Ave. N at its intersection with Harrison St.  Power poles and lines had yet to be installed.  The derelict once-Northern Pacific track, now gone, parallels it down the roadway.  New building construction had taken place to on the west side of Terry.  The east side had yet to begin its transformation.  A major influx of workers, and potential passengers, is expected as the area continues to change.
