The somewhat strange general station design, with its
planetary artwork, is evident in this view at 20th St.
T-Third suffered through more than its share of construction delays, cost
overruns and local controversies before it finally opened in 2007. And
its first few months of operation were not highly successful. It
will be interesting to assess its impact and progress in the years ahead.
