The train in this photo waits to head inbound from the former
terminal for the University Line at Stadium.
Like most recent light rail systems TRAX uses fare machines,
and requires passengers to obtain proof of payment before boarding. Random checks
are performed on the runs or on platforms. A one-way regular
fare costs $1.75. Day passes are $4.50, and are good for both light rail and bus use.
