A single-car University Line train in this scene is switching from
the joint route onto its own trackage that runs along the middle of 400 South. Those wishing to get
to the University from points
south on the Sandy/Salt Lake Line normally need to transfer a block
or so further along Main St. at Gallivan Plaza, and
then head back, except for the few runs a day that go directly between
east and south.
All three lines have official route numbers, designations not seen when riding
the system. Sandy/Salt Lake is 701; University, 702; and
University/Sandy, 703. |
