Car 513, seen here along NW Lovejoy St., is one of four replicas that mimic in large part trolleys built in the 1920s for the city's Council Crest line.  This car appears to be on a test or practice run, and the sign in its window advises that no passengers will be accepted. 

Before too long a regular streetcar will wind up following close behind, providing a sight presenting a very marked contrast in car design.
