5th Ave. regains much vitality traveling south beyond W Burnside St., whereat
NW 5th gains its "SW" identification. There are a number of banks in
the area, including the towering presence of the US Bancorp Bldg., a bit of which is seen in
the upper right corner. Bank of the West occupies the building beyond
the train, a structure that features a solid exterior in a design from many, many decades ago.
This train in the 300 series is running along the Green Line.
