Having risen from the dip under the overpasses associated
with Morrison Bridge, this Blue Line train is now beginning a very slight
descent. It's an interesting profile of minor elevation changes.
For the Blue and Red Lines, there are eleven stations in the Free Rail Zone:
four along either SW Yamhill St. or SW Morrison St., three on this stretch
near the Willamette River, and four on the Eastside. Speeds are
restricted the entire way, and it winds up taking a fair amount of time to
negotiate the entire distance. |
