lanes of NE Holladay
St. in the Lloyd District in this view. The Free Rail Zone is a strip
only a few blocks wide heading east of the Willamette. As of early
2010, as the newer name for the Fareless Square implies, bus passengers were
no longer entitled to a free ride in this vicinity. |
