The Red Line track departs for the Airport just beyond Gateway/NE 99th Ave. with a sharp turn, and with no clearance for workers who might be along the
rails. Blue and Green Line trains curving outbound are authorized a 35 mile-per-hour speed, but the Red
Line is restricted to 10 MPH through its tight loop. |
