All three tracks which serve the Gateway/NE 99th Ave.
Transit Center station are visible in this scene. A Blue Line train to
Gresham is leaving on the right-hand through track. It has just cleared the
diverging route that handles both directions of the Red Line. Inbound
trains from the Airport switch almost immediately onto the middle set of
rails to pass through the station.
The junction with the Green Line to Clackamas Town Center is a bit beyond
where the train is in this image. It is a delightfully complex
area along the MAX system. |
