The rear end of a Green Line train is shown here waiting for passengers at
the Norwalk terminal. That station has an appropriately
freeway-oriented name,
I-605/I-105.
Soon doors will shut and the train will head out on the route to
Redondo Beach. More or less midway, one may change to the
Blue Line to get into the heart of L.A., but the Green Line itself
keeps far to the south of the center of the big city. |
