Trains heading in each direction approach one of
a series of curves along the portion of the route between Southwest
Museum and Highland Park, fifth and sixth stops outbound from Union
Station to Pasadena. The
platforms for the museum station are a bit behind the camera, to the
left.
It's a very clear day in early March at the time of this scene, and the San Gabriel Mountains are
visible and distinct in the distance. Out of view, snow is in
ample evidence over the highest peaks to the east. |
