After many days of on-and-off February rains, the
skies had cleared to bright blue at the time of this morning photo. A significant flow of water
passed toward the ocean through the channelized Los Angeles River.
This view is
from the interior of an inbound Gold Line train from Pasadena. Yard trackage
and some stored light rail vehicles are visible to the left of the Metrolink
