Franklin is the second cross street in downtown
southbound from Buffalo Bayou. There are traffic lights along
Main St. at every block
through center city as it crosses alternating one-way
streets. It can be pretty slow
going for the trains.
The next few blocks are in the heart of the Downtown Historic Area.
There are numerous restaurants and entertainment establishments in
the vicinity.
