This view looks south along the stretch near
Reliant Park. The overpass in the distance is
for the very busy I-610 belt freeway. Fannin is a major exit
and entrance for that highway, particularly heavily used when major events are going on
nearby. But the access roads that parallel the freeway have
gated crossings with the Red Line, and rail gets priority as its trains
pass by, horns blaring. |
