CALGARY LIGHT RAIL

The 201 line to the Northwest line affords interesting
glimpses of some city neighborhoods. It's a more intimate
route than the
other two major legs of the Calgary system. There are pleasant homes
located along the street that runs just beyond the line of pine trees
pictured in
this photo.
It was an
immensely windy afternoon in May, and quite chilly at the time of
this scene, And it was not at all
the best of
circumstances to be
admiring light rail and neighborhoods here at the Banff Trail station,
or anywhere else on the system. |
