Lasalle, pictured here, is the next station inbound from the University
terminal. Both these stops have park-and-ride lots for
commuters. The view is from across Main St.; each of the
subway stations flanks the street that Metro Rail eventually
utilizes at ground level through downtown.
Somehow the station
seems to be larger than it needs to be, and there is a curious lack
of readily visible signage identifying what it is. |
