BOSTON LIGHT RAIL
Leaving Park St.

Park St. contains four active tracks.  It is customary for travelers to step across the rails as necessary to move between the platforms.

Westbound, only one other station dates, like Park St., to 1897: Boylston.  The subway turns under Bolyston St.  After the Copley station, Heath St. (E) branch trains split off in a wonderfully visible underground junction.  The three other branches head on to the four-tracked Kenmore station, after which each reaches the surface through its own portal.
