This view is at the Ybor City terminal,
Centennial Park. Car #436 is in readiness for the inbound run.
The proper trolley pole is raised, the destination sign reads
"Transportation Plaza," and the headlight is ablaze. The
motorman, presumably, is on the station platform out of view,
finishing up his break.
The TECO Line Streetcar is managed by Tampa Historic Streetcar,
Inc., under contract with the city and with Hillsborough Area
Regional Transit (HART). The operating fleet consists
of well-done replicas of old Birney streetcars, built by Gomaco
