Streetcars use a single-track right of way on the
Main Street Bridge to travel between Little Rock and North Little
Rock. The Arkansas River, which completely bisects the state,

The population of Little Rock is approximately 185,000, and North
Little Rock, a bit under 60,000. The metropolitan
area overall is the 62nd largest in the country, making it the
smallest in the U.S.A. to have electric urban transit that operates
