This is another view at Frankford Transportation
Center in the
year 2000. Numerous diesel and electric bus lines terminated in the
large facility adjacent to the elevated structure. A six-car train waited
above, soon ready to head back toward downtown and the Market St.
portion of the long line.
The regular fare on the SEPTA subway lines is $2.00. Day
passes, available on-line or at very limited locations, allow for
subway, light rail, bus and limited suburban rail riding for $5.50 |
