Done, pretty much, with
the Williamsburg Bridge and its approaches, our J train is close to the
Marcy Ave. station over Broadway, first stop in Brooklyn. The bulging
superstructure gives a clue that there was once another route here, a
junction gone for many, many decades that gave access to and from the right
for Broadway Ferry trains that terminated on this side of the river. |
