Elmhurst, through which this photo was taken, are heavily tinted green. This
photo is at Oak Park and shows a train dwelling at the Harlem/Lake
terminal of the CTA Green Line.
The commuter line makes very limited stops (or no stops) in Chicago and
one feels very remote and insulated from the neighborhoods -- in part very
poor neighborhoods -- passed along the way. |
