The
"L" here is situated over lightly used Franklin St. on its way to and
from the north. The structure truly reflects its age, and
seems to cry for further protection from the elements.
The areas all around the perimeter of the Loop are exploding with residential growth,
and the north is certainly included. There has also been extensive
commercial development. |
