The CTA has become a later transit agency to adopt stored-value fare cards,
and their system seems more complicated than some.
The full fare is $2.00, cheaper with various multiple-use options. A second
(and third) use within two hours is only an
additional twenty-five cents. All-day (technically, 24 hour)
visitor passes are available for $5.00, but only at very selected
locations. |
