The Adams/Wabash station has two pedestrian overpasses,
constructed in a much earlier era, that allow passengers to transfer
between platforms.
That person
must be capable of handling stairways, as is also often the
case to get between the "L" and street level at Loop stations.
This view is from the
south overpass, and looks toward its companion. There is not a great demand for
platform change, but the convenience is available, and the views are
great. |
