A small number of BART cars have been painted to
draw attention to a public transit initiative to reduce highway
traffic. This view shows such a car on a train waiting to
change tracks at
Daly City, then to return through San Francisco to
the East Bay.
The countryside in the background looks quite rural, but much of the
area is intensely developed. |
