Weekday daytime fares on SkyTrain are based on numbers of zones covered, one to three.  A one-zone fare is $2.50.  Evenings, weekends and holidays, that amount covers traveling within all zones.  An inclusive day pass costs nine dollars.  The system utilizes ticket machines at each station, with proof of payment required once on the platforms or in the trains.
