CENTRAL LINK LIGHT RAIL
Tukwila International Blvd.

Tukwila International Blvd. is one of the two elevated stations on the route.  It became the temporary terminal when the line opened in the summer of 2009.  Free shuttle buses carried passengers to and from the airport for approximately the next five months, before the line was extended one further station south.

This is the only Link station that has a park-and-ride lot, and it is not a huge one.  The general lack of free parking is unusual for the systems constructed in recent decades in this country, and has been the cause of a fair degree of local criticism.
