This photo was taken from approximately the same vantage point as
that of the previous image in this series. About a decade
had elapsed. Baypointe station is out of view to the right
along Tasman Dr. At this time, VTA's Mountain View line ran
along Tasman left-right across the photo, and continued two
stations beyond Baypointe to I-880/Milpitas. The line into
San Jose and south to Santa Teresa ended at Baypointe.
This inbound train in view has just started its run to San Jose and
points south. The neighborhood had matured, and the area
had experienced tremendous growth. |
